Key Responsibilities
List, market, and show residential or commercial properties to potential buyers or renters.
Guide clients through negotiation and closing processes.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the property market and local trends.
Build relationships with clients, developers, and legal professionals.
Ensure all real estate transactions comply with legal and ethical standards.
Requirements
Valid FFC (Fidelity Fund Certificate) or willingness to register with the EAAB (PPRA).
Matric certificate (Grade 12) required; real estate courses are an advantage.
Strong communication, sales, and interpersonal skills.
Drivers license and own reliable transport preferred.
Self-motivated, professional, and goal-oriented mindset.
